The Lancaster Parking Authority offers parking options at several garages and lots within the City of Lancaster, PA. Monthly garage parking passes are available for purchase in our Monthly Parking Garage Online Portal.
New customers will create a new account sign up and enter parker information. Garage access cards are available for pick up at our administrative office during regular business hours. The office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
Existing customers may complete payments in the monthly parking garage online portal. The account email address is required to log in. Customers without an email address may log into the account using the account number or invoice number.
Payments are due on the first of the month. Automatic credit card payment is available and will be charged around the 5th day of the month. If timely payment is not received, a $25 late fee per parker will be assessed and the parking cards will be blocked from usage. Cards will be unblocked upon receipt of payment.
