Lancaster, PA – The first piece of precast concrete was erected at approximately 3:00 PM on April 5, 2021 at the Lancaster Parking Authority’s Christian Street Garage project at 151 N. Queen Street. Over the next four months, over one thousand pieces of concrete will be erected to form the building which will include the Lancaster Public Library, Christian Street Garage, a retail space and an event terrace for the Holiday Inn.
