The garage being proposed at Lancaster Square isn’t intended to address Lancaster’s overall parking needs, said Randy Patterson, city director of economic development and neighborhood revitalization.
Rather, it’s a “critical component” for the redevelopment of the square itself, Patterson told the Lancaster Parking Authority on Thursday.
